Registering your Client
We strongly recommend that you book your client(s) 90 days prior to departure. This will ensure that there is availability for the trip of their choice. Be sure to call The World Outdoors to verify if the trip departure date is available before mailing deposits to us.

It's easy to register your clients, simply choose one of the five following methods:

1. Phone: Call The World Outdoors at 800-488-8483 and a Trip Consultant will reserve a space for your clients. You will need to give the consultant your client's Reservation Form (see #2 below) and a $500 per person credit card deposit.
2. Internet: Register your client on our Travel Agent Tour Reservation Form. You can charge your client's deposit on the secure site or arrange for payment by agency check.
3. E-mail: E-mail your client's Reservation Form and then mail an agency check for the deposit to The World Outdoors.
4. Fax: Fax your client's Reservation Form, along with a credit card (visa or master card) number and expiration date, for the $500 per person deposit.
5. Mail: Send your client's Reservation Form and an agency check for the deposit to The World Outdoors.

Balance Due
The balance of your trip cost is due 90 days prior to trip departure and may be paid by agency check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. Please make checks payable in U.S. funds. If you register for a trip within 90 days of trip departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. If your client(s) payment is not received when due, The World Outdoors reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled.

Trip Payments
We recommend that final trip payments be made by an agency check. This will allow you to deduct your commission directly from the balance due and receive your commission before your client departs. If you choose to pay by credit card, your commission will be paid to you by check promptly upon completion of the trip. The World Outdoors will pay commission on any cancellation fee over $100 that is charged to your clients.
