the Right Trip
Cancellations and Refunds Because
The World Outdoors adheres very strictly to our cancellation policy,
we strongly recommend that you client(s) obtain travel insurance to
protect them against trip cancellation due to medical reasons, loss
or damage of baggage, nonrefundable air transportation or emergency
medical expenses. An application will be sent with your pre-departure
packet or you can call 800-488-8483 for immediate coverage upon registration
of your client. Note: Your client(s) must sign up for the policy within
10 days of making a deposit for their trip in order for pre-existing
medical conditions to be covered.
Exceptions
to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or
personal emergencies. There is no refund for leaving a trip early
or arriving late. Refunds for unused gateway city transfers and equipment
rentals are only given if The World Outdoors is notified 90 days prior
to the start of the trip. See above for information on Trip Cancellation
