Because The World Outdoors adheres very strictly to our cancellation policy, we strongly recommend that you client(s) obtain travel insurance to protect them against trip cancellation due to medical reasons, loss or damage of baggage, nonrefundable air transportation or emergency medical expenses. An application will be sent with your pre-departure packet or you can call 800-488-8483 for immediate coverage upon registration of your client. Note: Your client(s) must sign up for the policy within 10 days of making a deposit for their trip in order for pre-existing medical conditions to be covered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your client's trip, you must notify us in writing or by fax. We calculate your client's refund on the day we receive written cancellation. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation. There is a non-refundable processing fee of $100 per person for cancellation. This fee reflects only the cost of administering a reservation and is not intended to be punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. For all cancellations, we will refund you the cost of your client's trip less the following per person charges:

Number of days prior to trip departure	Cancellation fee per person
90+ days:	$100 processing fee
89-60 days:	50% of total price
59-30 days:	75% of total price
29-0 days:	100% of total price

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for leaving a trip early or arriving late. Refunds for unused gateway city transfers and equipment rentals are only given if The World Outdoors is notified 90 days prior to the start of the trip. Trip Cancellations or Changes
The World Outdoors reserves the right to change tour itineraries or cancel any tour without notice due to acts of nature, road conditions, insufficient number of participants or other conditions. If we are unable to provide your clients with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded and the moneys shall constitute full settlement with you.

We are not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred because of a cancelled tour, sickness, travel delays, or flight cancellations, including non-refundable lodging deposits and non-refundable "advance purchase" air tickets. A guest may be asked to leave a trip if a guide feels that their continuing participation may prove harmful to that person or to the well being of other guests. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by such guests.

Transfers
You may transfer your client(s) from one trip to another up to 90 days before their trip departure for a $1003 administrative fee, after which time our cancellation policy applies.

Travel Agent & Client Responsibility
Travel Agents are responsible for choosing a trip in conjunction with their client(s) that is suitable to their abilities, level of fitness, and state of health (for assistance, refer to Choosing the Right Trip; providing The World Outdoors office with signed release and medical information forms prior to trip departure.
