Predeparture Information
Upon receipt of a deposit, a comprehensive pre-departure packet will be sent to you to forward to your client(s). We strongly suggest that you review and make copies of your client's detailed trip itinerary, suggested airport & shuttle providers, and pre and post-trip accommodation suggestions for your records. This information will be helpful in planning your client's pre and post-trip travel arrangements.

Included in the pre-departure packet are:

An Invoice
Detailed trip itinerary including contact information for each night's lodging
Suggested airport & shuttle providers
Pre and post-trip accommodation suggestions
General information including climate, history, reading lists, and much more
Equipment and clothing checklist
Travel insurance brochure
Travel Information and Release Waiver
Cancellation Policy

We highly recommend your client(s) purchase travel insurance as it will reimburse them for non-refundable air and land costs should they be unable to make or complete their trip, as well as for lost luggage or other incidentals.

Important Information
Upon receipt, please forward the comprehensive pre-departure packet to your client(s). Please note that this is the only information your client(s) will receive from The World Outdoors. It is very important that we receive final payment in the form of an agency check or credit card at least 90 days prior to your client's departure.

Your client(s) will need to complete both the Travel Information, Release Waiver and Cancellation Policy forms and return them to The World Outdoors 90 days prior to tour departure. If your clients do not return these forms to The World Outdoors, then they will not be able to participate on the trip. Forms may be either mailed or faxed to The World Outdoors at 303-413-0926.
