Each and every day was a highlight. There were multiple surprises each day from view, to meal, to discussions, to hiking challenges, to relaxing time!!!! There were no disappointments!!!! This journey was my first time traveling alone. The group never made me feel alone or isolated. I could ask questions or ask for support and always got a kind and helpful response. Each day was a pleasant surprise and learning experience. The guides are magicians when digging into their backpacks for wonderful, tasty, healthy meals and support foods. Their recipes are worth repeating at any social gathering!

I was blown away with the beauty of the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. It was worth every penny. I would do another trip with you in a heartbeat. I had a great deal of trepidation about paying to have a tour for something that I felt I could probably do on my own. Now, having done it, I know that there was no way that I could have seen all that I saw and in the comfort that I had regarding lodging, medical attention to blisters, liquid intake and rest. In my opinion, the only way to really see the Grand Canyon in all of its glory is with a tour from The World Outdoors. I would be a fool not to have my future adventures with them.

Antelope canyon was a real surprise and an absolute gem of a photography site. Another highlight, honestly, was just the satisfaction of looking at the North rim from the South rim and knowing that I had ACTUALLY hiked that whole distance. It was a huge sense of accomplishment and a bit of pride. The Grand Canyon really has a way of making you feel small in the scale of all that amazing rock...and yet big in your accomplishment once you hike it. I will carry that sense of "I did it" pride with me for a very long time

I have always been an independent traveler, but I tagged along with a friend on a rim-to-rim Grand Canyon tour with The World Outdoors. It's one of the best vacations I've ever taken. We worked hard, hiking up to 14 miles in a day, but we were taken care of the whole way. The price is worth every penny. Our guides were top-tier - knowledgeable, considerate, and lots of fun. The food was amazing (and healthy). The accommodations were great. And I ended the trip with 10 new friends trying to decide where we should go next.

We've been told by many of our past guests that they begin with high expectations as a result of their positive experiences on previous trips with us and that we still inevitably meet or exceed those expectations. That's why you'll often see Fully Met Expectations reviews that are filled with comments more befitting of a higher rating.
